Founded in 2004 by the President of the General Investment Authority No. 2649 for the year 2004 as an Egyptian shareholding in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Guarantees and Incentives No. 8 for the year 1997 and its implementing regulations issued by the Prime Minister No. 2108 of 1997.
